the 3rd day of july
SYF Opening Ceremony and DISPLAY BAND FINALS
i was sitting in the middle(actually at the side) of the tk alumni, and so when tng came and sat behind me. i was like.. oh shit.. i dont belong here. all thanks to our very dear ms razinah bte aa rahmatulla.
and anyway, thanks nazra for giving the tix to me. shall send her another sms later
and anyway, thanks ade for sending smses ard, asking for tix, otherwise i wont have been able to witness the spectacular performances.
the worst part was the pre parade segment. the combined choir kept on singing. and then marchpast wasnt that good. perhaps due to lack of practice. come on.. i suppose they r the cream of the crop. oh well. its hard enuff to be down there actually.
and the those ppl running around the field in colourful clothing segment. i dont understand anything. only know they generated business for the textile industry and so the multiplier and accelerator will work hand in hand to ensure economic growth. oh yeah.
as expected. tk won. and the best drum major award went to the dm from deyi. yeah. the 1st band. he was obviously the most impressive although tk's dm is not bad.
talking abt dm, it reminds me of the nco camp. its impossible to go through it once again. thus, saying I MISS IT is like saying I WILL BE THE PRESIDENT OF USA. and yeah. just
1) try to remember it as long as i cld
2) try to keep in contact with all those who i got to know and yah. its been quite fun bumping into such people. like amelia in the airport a couple of weekends back. and then ummairah at tamp library. yea. she was sitting opp me and i didnt notice until quite long. both of them from sac. and yeo meng before the syf. nazra to get the tix. jasmine during ac concert. jeremy in heeren. veron jeff ade and ath during the previous outing.
and before i forget. i saw ppl like zhiming, petrina(87 batch), and darn i cant remember.
oh well. to lazy to continue now
