so i managed to live through today
ended today with a high note.
went to meet adlina at 2 at white sands
went to the library before that to borrow some self enrichment book
then went to somebody's hse for some MONEY SMART (advanced version of monopoly game). played for several hrs. turns out that its some kind of network marketing thing.
but its quite interesting. sortof taught us fundamentals of financial planning etc. all the passive income, expenses etc.
then had to walk one whole round of pasir ris to find pancha sitara's place coz razi is at her place as i needed to pass her the tix. turns out that the block is just directly straight down from the money smart place
took 12 to bugis. hmm. kinda nostalgic bus ride. crap shiet.
passed tix to xj. then had dinner with her. told me monday got some section outing. hmmm. wonder what it will be. kinda miss the section.
then went to raffles city. met up with jessica, my ex supervisor. then talked some crap sheit as usual.
as we were abt to close, i saw someone very familiar. caroline, janice and mr chia. went to starbucks. clarence chan joined us later. just chill over some mocha. yeah. thanks to mr chia. lol. talked lots of abt st hilda's and hw all e ppl r doing.
im thankful that ive supportive friends and family. that despite how badly i fell, i have quickly regained the ability to walk. however, what matters most is our own personal ability to deal with our downfalls.
yeah. from one angle, my world have seemed to tumble down. PES C, rubbish grades. but yeah, i dont wanna view things from that perspective. i realised that i still have lots of opportunities. it doesnt matter how long you take, as long as u reach yr destination. and its your own destination. you determine what you want. and you work for it. you face your own failures. its your life. run it your own way.
