i did my 2nd ops duty on saturday, 0800 to sunday 0800. well. it was quite fun. seriously coz in normal situations where there arent any emergencies, we kill time by watching tv. and ive nvr watched so much tv in my entire life. well, started with cartoons to DYS1's shock and horror, and then i watched amazing race. was quite okay. and then i watched hmm.. hotel rwanda. remembered that i first watched it with kenny on 24/th january. the day when i met andrew to register for driving lessons. yeap. haha. after hotel rwanda, i watched some programme which i cant rem. but somehow ended watching a kindred spirit. haha. well done ridza. but anyway, watched the taiwan show on channel u at 730. thanks to dys1. then we watched i do i do. then after that, there was the bone collector on tv. quite a scary show. and then abt 1plus, i went to sleep. whereas nicholas, frm armoury and dys1 watched wrestling and perhaps taxi 3.
whatever it is, im quite okay with weekend duties. coz i need to save money.
talking abt saving money. ive nvr felt so broke in my entire life before. bank figures been very low. my entire savings is wiped out coz of driving. yeap. and yeah. the numerous social gatherings that i attend each week is partly responsible too. i spend at least 20-30 dollars for each outing. and yeah i have quite a lot of ppl to meet everyweek.
but surprisingly, on some weeks i have nobody to go out with. which is indeed quite sad. haha. but its okay
hak's hoping to get into safband so he can stayout. haha. he is saying that he doesnt wanna choose command school coz he dont mind OCS but he dont wanna go SISPEC. well everybody thinks the same way huh. anyway, i warned him that he might end up in combat engineers.
ok enough of army stuff.
im quite worried that i will ORD with the feeling that i have not benefitted anything from the past 2 years. thats why i guess i shld keep myself occupied and busy with numerous enrichment activities which can prove to be handy to my future.
talking abt the future. im really hoping to be some kind of an entreprenuer. when i think of entreprenuer, i think of risk takers. to be exact, successful risk taker. if we classify all those who succeed as entreprenuer, what shall we call those who failed to achieve. often enough, we are inundated with success stories so much so that it seems simple for anyone to succeed.
my4 month stint in the goverment is clearly an eye opener. guess i shant comment much on that
anyway im gonna be damn busy
theres HR audit tmr, 29aug. although we are not directly involved, heard that we are gonna screw the inspection. oh well.
30th aug is my branch duty which means that ive got to send out BRO and i cant rem how to.
31st aug. afternoon MA at AH. for my wisdom tooth surgery
1st sept. branch outing!
2nd sept most likely gonna claim my off and gonna meet hak to see his temporary hse etc.
3rd sept free
4th sept free
5th sept ASA course
6th sept surgery
MC for 1 week
come back and get ready for MOB

well. it seems that everything is falling into place prim and proper. haha
i need to take up some funny course to enrich myself.. seriously
