someone attempted to humiliate and insult me. but failed terribly.
him : so have yr mom been going for checkups as well?
me : im not too sure. hmm. i dont think so..
him : oh! yr mum must be the typical malay makciks.

him : well. go to SGH. its much cheaper. although you have to wait a little longer. but its much more cheaper than gleanagles. although the queue is longer. BLAH BLAH BLAH
him : when was yr last appointment?
me : oh! aug last year. BEFORE MY A LEVELS.
him : oh SGH thinks there might be something wrong with you thats why they schedule so many follow ups
(well, i only go SGH once a year and i cant tolerate the long queues. and its bcoz. SAF referred m to SGH)
well. correct. the above person is actually a qualified DOCTOR, on in army lingo, MO. I frankly feel that all his years in medicine sch is a waste. such a waste.

CPT in the army, but absolutely no EQ, no PR skills and no basic COURTESY.
Should i Complain to my CO?

Its People Relation Skill, which is seriously lacking.
He needs to learn how to use the appropriate words at the Correct Time.
And learn how to talk properly.
