I was quietly observing the attention that Kelvin Tan got when he was in East Parkway MacDonalds as Jason brought him along for our branch outing. So it really is true, when you somehow become a popular icon, you will lose your privacy. As it is the school holidays, there were lots of teenagers. In their groups, they were excited with the presence of a superstar(literal meaning too). The giggling school-age kids were all following(stalking) him. It was indeed a headturning situation. Saw how he declined a parent's(or rather an auntie's) request for her daughter to take a photo together with him. Because like he said, he was indeed dressed-down. And i guess its a policy by some recording/media giant that he shld be presentable enough should he want to interact with his fans or smtg.
Now back to the main issue. As we are often busy doing our own things at our own little corners of the world, we tend to overlook the handicapped. Its not that they need our sympathy or empathy. Just that we shld learn to appreciate what we have and what we are able to do.
Anyway, i cycled back and forth from e sailing centre to mac donalds a couple of times today. Was quite fun, but unlike the previous outing, i cycled alone today coz everybody were dispersed all over.
Had an early bbq dinner. Food was good. But still left early.
Gonna be busy. Happy coz its Pay Day tmr. like finally.
And oh i took 14 home today. well. such a nostalgic route!
