I didnt realise that it has been over 10 days since i last updated the blog. Been extremely busy preparing for ICT and Mob Manning which falls within the same period. Now that theres only minor touch-ups to be done, might be an appropriate time to reflect.
Working without a small boss is not that bad. In fact, it is better, since the big boss gives you full independence and autonomy to do-what-ever-you-want-just-get-it-done. Looking back, i think i came a long way. In the words of my Boss, not that i want to boast but i really can sense the fulfilment attained from my increased involvment in ns admistration.
As he always say.. "dont care abt rank.. whats more important is knowledge". In the organisation, what we really hate is the apparent ways the strong bully the weak, the weak bully the weaker ones and..............
I cannot imagine myself leaving for overseas posting exactly 1 yr ago.
Looking forward to the end of this ICT/Mob period. Its very tiring. But im enjoying it. Once im done with these 2 major activities, just got to go through one more major ICT/Mob period in Jan before can finally handover to NSHRC/NSOTS. At that time, hope that i will be able to feel the way i do right now.
